Roberto C. Jimenez
Roberto C. Jimenez is an experienced trial attorney focusing in criminal defense and family law. Mr. Jimenez has been practicing in the Bay Area for over 16 years and is active in both State and Federal Courts. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). As a criminal and civil attorney, Mr. Jimenez aggressively fights for the rights of his clients and has obtained significant victories on their behalf, including reduced or dismissed charges for criminal defendants and large settlements for a variety of civil suits. Mr. Jimenez is also a panel member of the Criminal Court Appointed Attorneys Program (CAAP) in Alameda County, where he protects and upholds the constitutional rights of indigent defendants. Maxwell R. Louie
Maxwell R. Louie joined Louie & Jimenez LLP as an Associate in 2019. As a civil litigation practitioner, Mr. Louie is dedicated to serving his clients and zealously advocates on their behalf. His areas of concentration cover all facets of Family Law, including divorce, dissolution, spousal and child support, child custody, business valuation, division of assets, domestic violence, restraining orders, and contempt. He also consults for corporations and business owners to provide legal advice on contractual disputes, strategy, and operational processes. During law school at the University of San Diego, where he earned his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Louie worked for a shareholder rights firm based in San Diego, California. He gained experience in complex civil litigation, focusing on breaches of fiduciary duty in shareholder derivative actions. Mr. Louie leverages his communication skills to resolve conflict and encourage settlement. A member of the Alameda County Bar Association and Bay Area Regional Committee (BARC) for SDSU’s Aztec Network, he also roots for the legendary Bay Area Sports teams. Victor U. Gonzalez, Jr.
Victor U. Gonzalez Jr is an attorney with the firm. Victor completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, East Bay where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Latinx studies. In 2021, Victor earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California state courts. Victor is an emerging advocate with a background in criminal defense at the trial level assisting in critical cases including death penalty litigation research and writing and serious felonies. During law school, Victor served as a member of the Golden Gate University Law Review and the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal. Victor also participated in the 2020 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and competed in the National Trial Team for Golden Gate University School of Law. He was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Appellate Advocacy and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. Victor also served as the Co-Chair for the Golden Gate University School of Law Moot Court Board. Victor was born and raised in the Bay Area. He is Latino and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Victor is a member of the LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association and the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association.

Michael F. Brown is an attorney representing clients throughout Northern California and in the Palm Springs area. His topics of expertise include personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Brown received his Juris Doctor from the John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 1993 and has nearly two decades of experience as a trial attorney.
Adam A. Arant
Adam Arant is a criminal defense attorney practicing in and around the Greater Bay Area. Mr. Arant received his Juris Doctor from the Martin Luther King Hall School of Law at the University of California, Davis. Prior to his criminal defense practice, Mr. Arant worked for the Sacramento firm Diepenbrock Harrison, specializing in Civil and Business Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Construction Law, and Environmental/Land Use Law. In addition to these areas, Mr. Arant also has extensive experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts/Estates litigation.
